Product Description:A two-component, fast-reacting spray polyurea system. Suitable for long-term working in a medium corrosive environment, and has excellent comprehensive protection performance and service life.
Application Scope:
Anti-corrosion of oil or natural gas offshore mining platforms, protection of coastal facilities, anti-corrosion of subsea equipment and pipelines.
Protection of hull and deck, oil tank lining, wooden hull; repair and protection of oil floating pipe of large tanker, etc.
Advantages:
Excellent resistance of seawater corrosion, can resist the abrasion of seawater mixture, and effectively prevent the growth and corrosion of seaweed and seawater microorganisms.
Can adopt to environmental temperature changes from -40°C to 150°C.
The anti-corrosion protective coating is seamless as a whole, with strong adhesion, high strength, impact resistance and tear resistance.
The coating film is cured at an ultra-fast speed, the surface is dry in 1 minute, and reach walking strength in 45 minutes, which minimizes the construction time and reduces the overall project cost.
Can be sprayed continuously on any curved surface without sagging, and the film thickness is uniform, effectively avoiding missing coating.
Solvent-free and environmentally-friendly.

The product should be strictly sealed and stored in a dry, ventilated and cool indoor warehouse.
The storage period is 6 months. After the expiration date, the product can still be used after passing the test.
